Positions which I represent
Based on the Ten Commandments, I represent the following key positions:
- The unconditional protection of life.
- ‘Yes’ to marriage and the central role of the family in society.
- For the freedom and independence of both the individual and the State, combined with responsibility for each other and for the weak and the disadvantaged in our society.
- …..For a democratic, neutral, debt free and independent Switzerland with a lean state apparatus and social system.
- Promotion of productive SMEs and well-trained professionals.
- A fair, incorruptible, efficient and justice system that is not directed from abroad, with a unwavering punishment of crime as well as effective measures against abuse of rights.
- A monetary policy and foreign policy, which guarantees the independence of Switzerland under the Federal Constitution. Clear framework for the National Bank and foreign policy (neutrality).
- An asylum and immigration policy, which enables people in need to help themselves.
- An appropriate immigration policy, which can be determined by Switzerland.
- Protection and sustainable management of the environment, along with the fight against monopolization of resources and money in the hands of a few global players.

Since the EDU is also committed to the Word of God as a benchmark for their words and actions, I have been working for many years as a politician in this party, supporting and representing their positions of principle.

As President of EDU Freiburg, I am dedicated to the structure and development of the party in our bilingual canton. In the canton of Fribourg the EDU works together with the SVP (Swiss People’s Party).
